Bonnie and Wayne started OGHQ with a goal to bring together the organic gardening community while also educating more people about this sustainable growing method. Both Bonnie and Wayne grew up helping in their parents’ organic gardens. Even as children they were fascinated by the unseen life in the soil and came to appreciate food’s deeper connections to the land. Over the years they’ve become passionate advocates for organic growing’s power to support local ecosystems, personal wellness and social justice.
